How do I open a Walmart MoneyCard account?

You can open a Walmart MoneyCard account at Walmart MoneyCard.com or after you download the Walmart MoneyCard app. Identity verification required. If approved, your debit card will arrive in 7-10 days. You’ll need to activate your card & add money to your account before you can start using it.
