Can I stop using direct deposit & still keep my account?

Yes, you can stop using direct deposit & keep your account. Although you may lose access to some account perks by canceling direct deposit, it will not impact your ability to keep using your Walmart MoneyCard account.

To stop direct deposit to your account, contact your employer or benefits provider directly & they’ll tell you how to do so. Even if you set up your direct deposit through the Walmart MoneyCard app, you will be unable to cancel direct deposit via the app.
