Are the funds in my Walmart MoneyCard account FDIC insured?

Funds in your Walmart MoneyCard account are federally insured up to allowable limits. Walmart MoneyCard is a br& of Green Dot Bank, Member FDIC. Green Dot Bank operates under the following registered trade names: GoBank, Walmart MoneyCard, Green Dot Bank & Bonneville Bank. All of these registered trade names are used by, & refer to, a single FDIC-insured bank, Green Dot Bank. Deposits under any of these trade names are deposits with Green Dot Bank & are aggregated for deposit insurance coverage up to allowable limits per depositor.
