Who can participate in the Refer-a-Friend program?

All Walmart MoneyCard primary accountholders with accounts in good standing are eligible to send referrals to their friends and family. Only referrals to individuals that do not have a current Walmart MoneyCard account or a previously opened Walmart MoneyCard account regardless of account status are eligible for the rewards.
